Flatpack Leo

Mummy and Daddy bought some unsweetened soya milk and agave syrup at the health shop to try and recreate that Saturday morning coffee experience (it wasn't great). Leo just focused on his puzzle. 

The toy and puzzle chaos at home led us to IKEA for some new storage solutions. After chasing Leo around for 15 mins we mollified him into the trolley with some new pieces for his train set. 

Maxi stands ready to help build the toy shelves. 

The end of another happy Saturday

Trains on Daddy

Leo was so excited to get home this evening and see his Daddy.

He invented a new game in Daddy's honour - trains on Daddy!

Shower smiles

Leo chose a shower with Daddy over a bath this evening. He didn't really want to get out..

Tangerine dreams

Leo has learnt how to peel a satsuma all by himself!

It takes a huge amount of concentration.

And so does the eating!

He's very proud of himself! And he's eating lots of satsumas..

What a palaver!

Leo learnt a new phrase today - "what a palaver!". And indeed days with Leo can be a bit of a palaver.

Here he is doing his puzzle in the cafe in Mayow Park, after changing his mind numerous times about what he wanted to do this morning.

Then on to the playground!

This afternoon Leo enjoyed sitting in the big seat on the bus to Crystal Palace.

He had to make some big decisions choosing new library books.

Here he is feeding mummy some fruit.

He scoots, he scores!

Leo had lots of fun playing with his birthday presents from Uncle David and Auntie Fiona today! He cleverly lined up his dominos (pictures all matching) to make a racing track for his new cars!

Leo decided he wanted to ride his scooter all the way to the post office this afternoon..

He soon realised it was a long way!

Happy Boatday

Today we went to visit Uncle David, Auntie Fiona, Gordon, Duncan and Ewan. Leo got more birthday presents

And a dinosaur cake made especially for him by Auntie Fiona. Which he mangled immediately

And, after saying the chocolate buttons were "poos", he devoured a piece

Duncan helped Leo to launch Buzz Lightyear's missile at a prostrate Ewan

Duncan also helped Daddy and Leo conquer the swimming pool in his kayaks
