Teeth brusher

Daddy was very impressed this evening when Leo (a long-time toothbrush resister) stepped up to the sink, open the tube, put paste on the brush, wet it with running water, and got on with it.

Leopatra

Coffee time with a morning scone!
Fortunately Leo had Grandad to help with the butter and jam!
Leo's highlight of the trip to the Natural History Museum was a demonstration of how flies spread germs. "Poo!"
As a special treat Leo had lunch in the Disney Cafe. He wore his Mickey Mouse ears for ages!
Happy times!
Here he is admiring the Peppa Pig toy range in Harrods (ears still in place!).

Cat-selfie

After nursery, Leo and Mummy thought it was very funny taking selfies with Popi in the background.
No Popi, just giggles.

Marathon (little) man

Leo had a Mummy to cheer on today
We found Grandma and Grandad at Mile 9
Where Leo also showed off his new skill of catching a bubble
He managed to nap through the clapping, megaphones and shouting
And still slept when he got put in Grandpa's arms for a waking cuddle
(But he tickled his beard goodbye later)

We were all so proud of Sarah's amazing efforts and admired her medal

He bangs the drums

Leo has been very happy to have Grandma and Grandad to visit. Here he is, wearing a snazzy new shirt they bought him (shortly before the pasta stain)
And here he is banging the Thomas tambourine that came with a magazine.

Le-exp-o

On Friday, it was off to the Marathon Expo with recently arrived Grandma and Grandad.
Chilling out with an ice cream which was almost as big as his face.
Loving the big spaces.

Sketcher

Lucky Leo got an etch-a-sketch today.

And here's Leo singing along to the entire Thomas and Friends theme tune - www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGMR-H0gGj4

Memories

For some reason Leo remembered Sophie La Giraffe today, and insisted Mummy find her. So he could put her on his railway and shout "There's a giraffe on the tracks!".

Home

After a long journey home, Mummy and Daddy were focused on lots of unpacking and being far from the spacious home overlooking the Cornish sea. Leo, on the other hand, just got busy catching up with his toys.

Two beaches II

Kite-flying and exploring in Polzeath
Leo and Daddy went to Daymer Bay in the afternoon to look at rock pools and to find seashells for Mummy

Padstow 2

Back to Padstow, this time for a bike ride along the estuary. Leo rode in a seat behind Daddy.
And also in the trailer.
All the exercise merited Leo's first cream tea - he's a convert.
On the way back to the car he proclaimed himself a cowgirl and yelled Yee-haa!
