Morph

It was lots of fun watching Leo laugh over and over watching Morph, new episodes of clay animation Mummy and Daddy watched as children.

Local Friday

Leo's usual Friday craft class was cancelled today, and Leo has a stinky cold so we stayed local.
Leo said he had to hold his hair like this to stop the wind from ruining it.
Leo found some Lego bargains in the charity shop (£1!). He already had one of the sets so he wanted to post it to his cousin Sasha.
It was such an exciting morning that he fell asleep in the buggy.
We made up for the lack of craft class with painting at home this afternoon.
Then we got all of the trains out!
Followed by Lego. Check the concentration!

Trainer

Leo had to get the train home today as the roadworks made it impossible to get the car to nursery. He thought it was quite a treat (especially with some Haribo..).

Literary travels

Yesterday, Daddy brought home a gift from Brussels of three new books in French. I think the gift was extra appreciated because the shop wrapped each one on gift paper. Tonight we read Un mammouth dans le frigo.

Hand in my pocket

I thought he just looked cutely grown-up. Luckily, it was one of those times he thought it was fun to be photographed.

Teddy Boy

We just noticed that yesterday's blog didn't load, so here's a bonus one for today instead.

Leo doesn't get his hair washed that often but we gave it a proper wash this evening, with the shampoo he got from Sasha for Christmas. Daddy enjoyed playing with his hair afterwards.

Fridays with Daddy

Leo and Daddy had their first Friday together in a long while. They were both very happy!

Leo Patrol

Leo would not take his eyes off Paw Patrol to have his picture taken.

Blue Monday

Leo actually had a lot of fun on Blue Monday, despite the expressions on his face. He loved the new Barnados Childrens Centre in Crystal Palace.
He was actually quite excited by his DVD choice at the library.

Birthday helper

Mummy had all the help she needed to open her presents this morning
And we followed presents with a family day up in London Town. Here's Leo doing some engineering work on a train in the Transport Museum.

Granny kisses

Leo doesn't like the froth in a babyccino and stirs thoroughly before drinking to try and remove it.
Then he made a funny, evil face
We all enjoyed a visit from Granny and Grandpa.
A kiss for Leo
A kiss for Granny
And a big cuddle!

Little Monkey

It was back to our usual London Fridays and Leo was delighted to be back at Happy Crafters.
He didn't enjoy the M&S queue so much..
The afternoon was spent playing Tumbling Monkeys- Leo was very certain he won every game!

Cutest monkey in the room

Leo was surprisingly delighted to be back at nursery today. Apparently he spent the whole day telling everyone about seeing his cousins and his new Lego.

Colourful outfit

Clothes chosen by jetlagged parents. There are at least 11 colours struggling to coordinate in this ensemble.
Leo didn't seem to mind though
Cheeky boy!
