Exploring the garden

Shopping for second hand cars in the newspaper..
Actually...this one will do!
Exploring the garden!
Telling secrets to Grandma.
Maybe the secrets can be hidden under the rug!
Makennah helped Leo try on some hats
And then it was time for some soft playtime

Smiler

You know Leo's ready for breakfast when he climbs into his high chair.
Leo checking out Grandad's Windows Phone
Helping Grandma rearrange the food cupboard.
Helping Uncle Richard open his birthday presents.
Playing with Daddy in another Seattle playground
He's usually a happy boy at dinnertime

Non-Leo postscript: the water on Lake Washington was incredibly still when Ben went out for a run this morning. The first photo is Ben and the sky reflected in the lake.

Big boy

Breakfast with a view (for Daddy)
Sometimes we don't keep up with the number of clean bibs needed, so here's an improvised towel-and-peg bib to deal with the juicy pears at snacktime.
Leo has been learning many new phrases, with one new one this week being "big boy", as in when he sits on a big boy seat.
And later on, a shopping centre with a playground on the top floor - Leo's kinda mall!

Ducking and diving

Leo started the day playing with his Christmas presents - his Bug and noisy books have been big hits!
Leo voted for a morning trip to the park with Grandma and Grandad. He had a great time watching the flocks of ducks!

He wasn't quite sure what to make of the local children!

This afternoon Leo thought he should try out his new waterproof suit - guess where? Paaaaaaarrrrk!!!
Excited by the slide!
Almost at the top!
Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

That was fun!!!
Getting close to the ducks with Daddy!
Rock climbing!
The boss!
Cheeky!
