Peppa fan

Poor Leo has developed terrible nappy rash and had to go to the GP today to get some special antibiotic cream. He's been getting very upset during his "sore" nappy changes. :-(

To cheer him up after an upsetting change he got to watch Peppa "PIIIIIIG" as a treat!

 He's the best coffee date ever.

"Storytime!"

These days, Leo's storytime involves Leo flicking through his books looking for, and pointing at, items of interest. "Moon!", "Pig!", "Penwin!", "Moon!", "Cat!",  (lion's) "bottom", "Moon!".  It doesn't leave time for reading the actual stories but that doesn't seem to bother him.

This week Leo has started putting 3 words together! "Raisins all gone" and "Daddy hat on" were some of his first efforts! 

This morning was a trip to the Horniman; unfortunately Mummy hadn't checked the opening hours so only the gardens were available to explore. Leo still had fun playing on the musical sculptures!

 Here he is pointing to a plane. "Plane!!!!!"

This afternoon Mummy look Leo into the supermarket without the pram! Here he is trying to help choose cat food! (If you look closely you can see his new shoes - he's outgrown his last pair again!)

Bouncy memories

Mummy and Daddy were both at work today and didn't get much time to photograph Leo. So here he is waiting to get the bus home with Daddy. 

And here's a bonus from a year ago!

Haircut number 1

Leo's hair was getting in his eyes during breakfast so Mummy bit the bullet and trimmed his fringe for his first ever haircut.

This afternoon saw Leo take Daddy to the playground, fully covered up in preparation for puddles.

He rode the horsey..

..and showed Daddy how he can now climb up the cargo rope (that's what the internet told me it was called anyway).

He's my lovely boy!

Mummy and Leo's Saturday

Mummy and Leo had a special Saturday together - just the two of them.

After a stroll though the park dog spotting, Leo enjoyed lining up his raisins in the coffee shop.

A trip to the library was bliss!

A soup-er lunch at home.

 Swings and slides at the park!

Ooops Mummy! I sat in a muddy puddle! Now my trousers are all dirty and wet!

I'm starting to get an idea of how I can get over this pesky gate...

Looking on the upside

Leo often wonders what the shower is for, especially when it drips on him during his bath. 

PIIIIIIGGGGG!

Leo has only seen Peppa Pig a few times, but he is definitely a fan! Daddy bought some Peppa Pig fromage frais and Leo carefully examines the pots and then shouts "PIIIIIGGGGGG!!" with glee!

 He's not very impressed when the pot is finished - here he is shouting "All GONE!!".

 Sad face :-(
