Sun and skating

The sun came out, providing clear views of the beautiful mountains and a deep, blue sky. 

Shades needed even in the car

Then Mummy and Daddy went off for their 24-hour downtown date. Leo didn't mind too much though, as he got to go ice-skating with everyone else.

The afternoon was all about visiting the Museum of Flight, where Daddy was excited to get on Air Force One.

We sat in a fighter jet 

And a helicopter

Then Leo had to take a call in the control tower.

Christmas traveller

It was the long journey out west to Grandma and Grandad. A couple of hours before the end of the flight, Leo eventually succumbed to a sweet sleep on Mummy's chest.

Christmas Day

After opening his stocking in bed, Leo then discovered that Santa had also left a sack downstairs.

It included his first computer, a real hit

He also opened presents around the tree. Here is is thanking Grandpa.

And even time for some food. 

Christmas Eve

Up to Granny and Grandpa's and two surprise Christmas Eve presents waiting to be found on the doorstep.

Wearing his new Frozen PJs, he prepared the refreshments for Santa (mince pie and port) and his reindeer (8 carrots and some juice)

Homeward bound

Waiting for the train home from last nursery of the year. Next stop, Christmas at Granny and Grandpa's.

Slow day

Mummy and Leo had a slow day after Mummy's 4am finish at work in A&E. 

Leo tried to make Mummy laugh "look! I have 4 arms!"

The afternoon was babyccinos, marshmallows and puzzles..

..followed by a snooze on the bus home (for Leo anyway).
