King of the park

Leo is definitely getting more adventurous when he goes to the park.
Here he is being caught by Daddy at the bottom of the big slide!
As usual he tried to climb up the slide...
Walking with Daddy to get to the see-saw.

On the slide with Mummy!
King of the park!

Who knows why he wanted to dip his socks in his yoghurt?

Soft play and boxes

Leo and Mummy went to a big soft play centre today - another sign he's getting to be a big boy!
He had a great time shouting "ball" and taking the balls out of the ball pit!
He successfully climbed up the entire slide!
He had lots of room to roll around - he was exhausted by nap time!
The afternoon was just as exciting - Leo got a new cardboard box to play with!

We've noticed that Leo's language is becoming more sophisticated this week - he's not just naming things any more. Leo has started to ask for things - usually his hat, an apple, or to see the cats!

Reflections

Wallet fun again on the bus to work. This time I was able to take photos of us in the reflection of a glass divider next to us. Don't worry, i didn't let him chew my bank cards for long..

The Leyeux Tapestry

Granny and Grandpa came round this afternoon. Grandpa and Leo checked out the sounds of French musical instruments, with Leo throwing in a few of his dance moves.

Then horsey horsey, with the inevitable ending of Leo giggling on Grandpa's legs
Then we hung the jungle tapestry that Granny made for Leo, and he picked out the lion straight away.

Cheeky boy

Leo enjoyed a shoulder-ride as we ventured out in the wintry sun.
Who knew that getting dried after a bath could be so exciting..
..and so cheeky!

Snotty boy

Leo and Mummy remain under the weather with stinky colds that just won't go away. Leo has been making lots of faces like this.
Fortunately he has his cats to cheer him up - he's getting pretty fast at chasing them!
