Mad toddlers' birthday party

Mummy and Daddy had their first experience of hosting a children's party. We all survived and Leo had a great time, with 8 friends plus parents and a few little siblings.
Musical statues (the bouncy frenzy before the music stopped)
Sharing a toy with the famous Vedika. Turns out she's as bossy and strong-minded as him - they're a good match for each other.
He even got a few more presents, and of course got the final and best Pass the Parcel present (can you guess what it was yet?).

The end of a long birthday week!

Chasing Mummy

Fail!
Still getting the odd uppyget (though at the same time telling us we're silly because he's three now and not supposed to get uppygets anymore)

Monkey

When Daddy got home, Leo demonstrated what a monkey he's been today by stuffing a banana into his mouth.

Lie in

We didn't set an alarm this morning and nobody woke up until after 9am (13 hours sleep for Leo!). This is completely unprecedented! All that birthday excitement was clearly exhausting!
Leo was in good spirits trying Daddy's glasses on!
He declared it would be very funny to send Daddy a silly face photo..
There was no nap today - just a long afternoon in the park!

Uber-excited

Leo definitely gets the concept of birthdays this year. He was so excited when he woke up and was literally shaking as he opened his presents.
Still excited when leaving for nursery.
Hated being left at nursery but still excited to the extent that he ate nothing all day and wouldn't nap, both unprecedented.

And then excited to go for birthday pizza with Mummy and Daddy.
And open more presents
And then play with them
Happy Birthday Leo!

Leo's third year
