Leo Patrol

Leo would not take his eyes off Paw Patrol to have his picture taken.

Beary beary exciting

Mummy and Grandma took Leo to Woodland Park Zoo today. Leo loved checking out the lioness with her four 7 month old cubs.

The grizzly bears were pretty exciting! They live in the Pacific Northwest - Leo is hoping he doesn't bump in to them in the neighbourhood.

Leo and the gorillas were smiling at each other!

Everyone should have a safety duck.

Leo, Mummy and Grandma started the day with a coffee in Juanita on Lake Washington. Leo seems to like his new Maclaren buggy a lot.

As usual, lunch was a messy affair..

This afternoon Leo visited Grandad at work. He got his own visitors pass which we carefully positioned so he couldn't pull it off.

Leo was finding the big bath a bit slippy so Mummy and Grandma found a special bath safety duck for him to sit it. He also got some new bath toys. He really enjoyed bathtime today.

Seattle Life

We've been settling in to Seattle life today. Leo slept pretty well last night and was full of beans for his visit to the supermarket.
This evening Leo hung out with Uncle Richard.

What time zone are we in Mummy?

Leo is doing his very best to beat jet-lag. He was awake for a few hours during the night, wondering where he was, but today he has been trying hard to get back to his usual routine.
What better way to start the morning than a trip to the swings?
Leo and Mummy remained in good spirits despite the sleep deprivation.

Leo has been showing off his standing up skills. Just one or two bags under his eyes..

Looks like there are sentences to baby jail in the USA too! Fortunately, Leo likes it there, especially when it's outside in the garden!

Frequent flier

Today has been a long day! Leo and I have been traveling to Seattle. He was really easy to travel with this time - I think he knew Mummy was nervous about doing the journey without Daddy!
Here's Leo chilling on the way to the airport.
Eating lunch in Giraffe at Heathrow - this boy just loves melon! Leo was lunching at a very leisurely pace and I had to remind him we had a flight to catch!
At the gate getting ready to board - we were first on the plane!
Checking out the other planes at Heathrow.
Looking at his new book in Mummy's seat.
Ready for take off!
Leo fell asleep just before Mummy's dinner! He slept in the baby seat for a little while (long enough for me to eat) but for most of the flight would only sleep on my lap.
Getting ready for Seattle - about an hour to go! He's still in the same outfit we left home in!!!

Ducks and bolognaise

Leo got left alone with his daddy this afternoon. We went for a walk in the park and bumped into Jodie and Ben, who helped us feed the ducks.

And it's been a while since the blog saw what he looks like when being fed by his  dad.

Park picnic

Grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousins joined us for a thankfully sunny picnic day out in Crystal Palace park.

Lots of entertaining from cousins, climbing on grandparents and taking people's sunglasses off. He soaked up all the love and attention.
