Homeward-bound

Before we left, some of Mummy's old toys appeared for Leo to play with. Here's Leo with Mummy's two "pull-its".
He was more interested in watching Grandad pull it than pulling it himself.
And then on to our long journey home. Almost there now.
Passport control.
And the taxi-ride home. A little snooze won't hurt...

The longest day part 2

It took a while to get there, but Leo slept on Sarah for two hours, with the help of panda and bunny (pictured).
He then ate very well in his seat from his tray table.

And finally, arrived in Seattle
and showing off his walking talent in the airport car park

The longest day part 1

The day started opening presents from Uncle David et al (we're enjoying a drawn-out Christmas)

and then checking them out

Off to the airport in a big taxi
Then a terminal 5 picnic
What to get from duty free?
What's going on over there?

Happy flyer

Happily, it was a pretty straightforward flight for Leo, who slept for most of it and needed only one nappy-change and didn't mess up any of his clothes.

But today is very much jetlag day, and we tried to suck up as much daylight as possible. We got out to the garden of our favourite Crystal Palace eating spot, but Leo slept through lunch.

He had fun back home though, getting stuck into Roast Chicken flavour baby puree, and then showing off his sitting-up skills with some floor time.

Jetset Leo

Can you see the Leo? little yellow feet at hip height, and a blue hat leaning into Sarah's chest.

And here's what they look like from the front..

Wandering through the airport we found a play area where Leo could stretch his legs and play at pilot.

And here we are onboard. The cabin crew liked the chocolates Leo gave them so much that they gave his parents champagne!

Unfortunately he spent less time asleep than he did vomiting, getting through all three outfits and requiring us to try and dry out one set in case he did it again.

But finally we made it to the other end :-)
