Get your rocks off

This morning, we went to watch a children's rock band at Juanita Beach. Leo immediately got his groove on.
And, soon after, he inevitably got his trousers off.
"Now the real dancing begins!"
Front row!

This afternoon, we met Danielle, Makennah and Isobel at the Pacific Science Center. These bikes tell you how few calories you're burning off.
Water cannon!

Quelle surprise, another fountain! (Coolest fountain ever, by the way, with the spray synchronised to the Seattle sounds of Pearl Jam and Nirvana)
Daddy-Leo selfies (moments after one of us shoved an entire slice of bread in our mouth)

Getting to know Isobel

Isobel and Leo finally got to know each other today, and she's a fan of his curly locks
Leo shared one of his Thomas puzzles with Isobel
Mummy and Daddy got to know her too
And Leo gave Isobel a sweet kiss

Fountain of joy

Another day, another water feature to play in.
As well as a frog to climb on
But it's mostly about the water
(And trying to get naked in public again)

Sun son

Leo stripped his top off to eat his yoghurt in the sunny front garden
More lollies and water play
Chowing down on a Rainer cherry
Down to the waterfront before tea. Getting changed after another dip (and attempted strip) in the fountain.

Like a duck to water

Leo managed to get both Mummy and Grandma into Lake Washington today
Afterwards he jumped in a fountain to rinse his feet
Shooting some hoops
This afternoon Rich, Danielle and his two American cousins came over. Leo's still sussing out sweet Isobel but was very happy to see Makennah again.

Westward-bound

"In taxi!"
Purpose-bought DVD player and headphones..
..but actually, he was happier watching the screen in the back of the chair.
Who needs a Gin&Tonic when you've got milk?

At least one of us was comfy..

Once the windows were opened, we were greeted by the Rockies.

And finally at the airport, here with Grandad

Bedtime, discovering his new Thomas bedsheets
